Straight from the film's SxSW premiere, a Q&A with the forces behind the new Damned rockumentary.
5 years after co-Directing “Lemmy: the Movie,” an unforgettable motion picture portrait of Motorhead frontman Lemmy Kilminster, Director Wes Orshoski returns with his new punk paean “The Damned: Don’t You Wish That We Were Dead.”
Finally getting its debut screenings in in select national locations in July and August 2015, this spring, our very own Rocker video-guy Andrew Osborne made the trek to SxSW to hit to see the first screening of the film. He returned with insider video of the after-film Q&A with Orshoski and perennial Rocker favorite, Damned guitarist Captain Sensible.
But wait, there’s more! Well, in a lucky turn of events, Rocker was actually there on the first day of the documentary’s shooting, interviewing The Captain and Monty OxyMoron as they set off on their 35th Anniversary Tour of the USA. Check out our interview HERE, and see our video clips of that fateful day.
And did we mention we’re giving away tickets to the film’s Boston area premiere, at the Regent Theatre in Arlington? Head over to the giveaway page and mail in your entry now!
